Privacy Policy
Starter policy dated July 11, 2026. This template should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch, especially if tools, data practices, or jurisdictions change.
Harborline Lead Recovery is the service name used by Trevor Owens. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you request an audit, contact support, or become a client.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, service details, questionnaire responses, support requests, and information you voluntarily provide for an audit or implementation.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare audits, provide services, configure approved systems, provide support, maintain records, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support email, hosting, forms, customer relationship management, phone, messaging, scheduling, analytics, file storage, invoicing, and other business operations. They should receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
SMS consent
Providing a phone number does not require you to consent to marketing messages. Any SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not preselected. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Marketing agency partnership inquiries
If you submit the Agency Partners form, Harborline may collect your agency name, contact details, website, approximate client count, service description, and partnership goals. This information is used only to review and respond to the inquiry, discuss possible terms, prevent abuse, and keep business records. Submitting the form does not create a partner account, provide access to any client workspace, or authorize Harborline to share client information with the agency.
Data retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for services, records, disputes, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing hello@harborlineleadrecovery.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary.
Setup readiness and system-access information
The client setup readiness form may collect business operations, platform names, access readiness, staff roles, lead-volume estimates, business rules, messaging preferences, and service needs. The form is not intended for passwords, API keys, customer lists, private account links, payment-card data, medical information, or other sensitive records.
If a paid engagement begins, clients may later invite Harborline into approved business systems through role-based user invitations. Access is used only for the agreed configuration, testing, monitoring, support, and reporting purposes, subject to the written client agreement.
