Agency FAQ

Simple answers before we talk.

Does my agency need to operate Harborline for the client?

No. Harborline handles product setup, billing, support, and normal account guidance. Your agency can stay focused on its own services.

Will my agency see the client’s leads or private conversations?

Not automatically. The client controls its Harborline account and permissions. Any information shared with an agency must be approved by the client.

Is there a public referral commission?

Partner compensation is discussed and confirmed in writing before referrals begin. This lets Harborline use terms that fit the relationship without making vague promises.

Can Harborline be fully white-labeled?

Not during the initial partner program. Harborline may support simple co-marketing, but the product remains Harborline so clients know who operates and supports it.

What type of client is the best fit?

Service businesses that receive valuable calls, forms, estimates, or booking requests and need more consistent follow-up are the strongest starting point.
