Turn missed calls and forgotten estimates into a second chance to book.

Harborline installs and manages the follow-up system for you, so a busy technician, ringing phone, or crowded inbox does not automatically send a valuable job to the next contractor.

Where jobs disappear

Most lead leaks are ordinary, expensive, and fixable.

The audit looks at real customer handoffs, not vague marketing theory.

01

After-hours missed calls

A homeowner gets voicemail, then calls the next company.

02

Estimates go quiet

A strong prospect receives one reply but no structured next step.

03

Web inquiries wait

A request sits in an inbox while urgency fades.

04

Old estimates are forgotten

Past prospects who were not ready then are never revisited.

05

Maintenance opportunities vanish

Repeat and seasonal work depends on memory.

06

Reviews happen by luck

Happy customers are not consistently invited to leave an honest review.

See the deliverable first

Know exactly what a Harborline audit looks like before you say yes.

The sample shows the level of detail a real audit can provide: priority findings, practical fixes, customer-journey examples, conservative value modeling, and a clear implementation plan.

  • Three prioritized lead-recovery opportunities
  • Before-and-after customer journeys
  • Sample messages and implementation steps
  • Conservative estimates, never guaranteed revenue claims

The sample business and figures are fictional. A real audit uses the client's actual customer journey, systems, and available data.

Why Harborline

You get the system and a human guide.

Harborline gives the whole team a secure lead-recovery workspace, then makes setup, safety, and reporting understandable.

Software alone

Flexible, but self-managed

  • You configure the workflows
  • You design and police every workflow yourself
  • You troubleshoot integrations
  • Support may be queue-based
Large agency

Broader, often heavier

  • Wider marketing scope
  • More meetings and reporting layers
  • Pricing may reflect a larger engagement
  • Lead recovery may be one piece of the retainer

Service models vary. The point is fit: Harborline is built for owners who want a focused system managed for them.

How implementation actually works

The client keeps control. Harborline handles the build.

Harborline performs the technical implementation. Clients keep ownership of their accounts, but timely role-based access to every system in the approved workflow is required.

01

Map the current lead path

We document how calls, forms, estimates, bookings, and customer follow-up work today.

02

Provide required, revocable access

The client invites Harborline as a separate user or manager with the permissions needed to configure, test, monitor, and report. Harborline does not offer a client-performed setup alternative.

03

Approve every customer message

Nothing customer-facing is activated until the business approves the wording, timing, and escalation rules.

04

Launch, test, and report

We test the handoffs, monitor the workflow, and report contacts, replies, staff follow-up, bookings, and confirmed or estimated value.

Systems that may require access

Phone/call tracking, CRM, website forms, booking, business email, texting, and review tools included in the approved scope.

Information required before launch

Operating hours, services, callback ownership, business rules, approved messages, lead volume, typical completed job revenue, and known consent restrictions.

If statistics are unavailable

The client must allow Harborline to establish a 30-day baseline from the approved connected systems.

The client retains ownership of its phone number, accounts, billing, and customer data. Required access may be revoked after service ends; removing it during service can pause implementation or management.

Run the numbers

A single recovered service call may pay for months of Harborline.

Use a conservative estimate based on your own call volume, close rate, and typical completed job revenue.

Illustration only. Actual performance is not guaranteed and depends on demand, lead quality, staff response, pricing, consent, and customer behavior.

Simple pricing

Low enough to test. Useful enough to measure.

The first three businesses receive a 60-day pilot. Normal pricing stays deliberately lean.

Before setup

Common implementation questions

Who makes the actual callback?

Your team or existing answering provider makes the human callback. Harborline configures the acknowledgement, internal alert, lead record, and reminders unless a separate answering solution is approved.

Do we have to share passwords?

Role-based access is required for systems included in the approved scope. The preferred method is a separate user or manager invitation, not a shared master password. If a platform cannot provide usable access, Harborline may require an approved replacement or add-on before the workflow can be implemented.

What if our numbers are messy?

Provide reasonable estimates when available. If reliable figures do not exist, the client must allow Harborline to establish a 30-day baseline from the approved connected systems.
